Resolved: Pantheon has fully resolved the issue causing uwaterloo.ca websites to return 504-error messages over the past two days. If you experience any persisting issues, please submit a ticket via the WCMS help portal.

What is happening? The Pantheon issue that took down uwaterloo.ca websites yesterday reoccurred yesterday afternoon/evening and into this morning. Some sites may still return a 504-error message today. Pantheon is working to fully resolve the issue. Additional information will be shared once known and/or the issue is fully resolved.
