Resolved: The core and external network is now stable and wired, wireless, and DNS services should be restored. A single core router remains offline. Maintenance will be conducted on this router between 10:00 p.m. and midnight tonight to bring it back online. There may be a similar service outage as experienced this morning during this maintenance window.
