What is happening? The server hosting the Request Tracker (RT) system will be upgraded.
What is the impact? The RT system will be unavailable during the maintenance window. Any email sent to the system will be queued and processed when the RT system is back up. Jira Service Management is not affected, except where email to RT email addresses is forwarded to Jira Service Management.
When is this happening? Tuesday, June 4, from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
