Resolved: WatIAM has been restored to a backup from Tuesday, October 17, at 9:00pm.
What is the impact?
The following changes made between Tuesday, October 17 at 9:00pm and Thursday, October 19 at 8:00am are lost and cannot be restored.
- Locked/unlocked identities.
- Updated email settings (mail routing address, friendly email address changes)
- Updated preferred names
- Updated password recovery email
- Identity merges
- Identity renames (username change)
Accounts claimed between Tuesday, October 17 at 9:00pm and Thursday, October 19 at 8:00am will be lost. Affected users will be contacted.
What should I do? If you know of a request submitted that is impacted by these changes please re-submit the request to IST.
