In the event Information Security Services (ISS) staff are handling multiple security incidents concurrently, resources will be employed with the following priority:
- Incident where there is a critical denial of service to university computing services.
- Incident involving information classified as Highly Restricted.
- Incident involving a significant denial of service to university computing services.
- Incident involving information classified as Restricted.
- Incident involving information classified as Confidential.
- Any other security incident.
- To report a complaint about abuse or inappropriate use of university computing resources, please send email to abuse@uwaterloo.ca.
