Director, Instructional Technologies and Media Services (ITMS)
The ITMS group supports online learning, e-classrooms, video and web conferencing, and multimedia production. Before taking on her current role, Pam has been involved with IT her entire career, starting as a software developer before becoming a project manager and eventually creating and managing IST’s Project Management Office.
Pam holds a Bachelor of Mathematics (coop) degree and Masters of Management Sciences degree from University of Waterloo. She maintains her Project Management Professional (PMP) credential and is also a certified Prosci change management practitioner.
