The Policy and Enrolment Planning team conducts analysis of government initiatives and programs, membership organization positions and their implications for the University of Waterloo. Strategic government relations and increasing opportunities for inter nationalization are important components of policy analysis and planning efforts.

The Policy Analysis and Planning team uses situational analysis, institutional strategic priorities, institutional data, best practicies, interjurisdictional comparisons, issue-specific research data to inform stakeholders such as waterloo leadership, academic support units and member organizations
