Wednesday - Flavours of Ecuador: Cardonada Soup, Plantains with Guacamole, Seafood Ceviche, Corn and Bean Stew, Completo with assorted toppings

Thursday - Flavours of Thailand: Golden Domka Soup, Thai Fried Rice, Green Mango and Vegetable Salad, Red Curry with Chicken, Japanese eggplant and Bamboo, and Baked Tempeh

Friday - Flavours of Kazakhstan: Samsa’ filled with savory pumpkin filling, Plov aTraditional Kazakhstan beef dish, and Lagman Noodles
