Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) presentation by Dr. Klaus Rümmele

Waterloo International is pleased to be hosting Dr. Klaus Rümmele, Head of International Affairs Business Unit, from our valued partner university, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). 

Dr. Rümmele will provide a brief introduction to KIT. The format will be a presentation of approximately 20 minutes followed by 40 minutes of Q-and-A and informal discussion.

Making a Difference: Exploring International Development Opportunities

Discover the benefits of academic volunteering and learn how to make a difference in furthering your research, teaching and learning experiences while contributing to international development.  

Join us for a presentation from Academics Without Borders (AWB) and Engineers without Borders (EWB) for International Education Week and learn about their international development work and how you can get involved. This event will feature experiences and insights from AWB and EWB and will feature volunteers who have contributed to educational initiatives worldwide. Whether you're a faculty member considering volunteering or a student interested in the impact of global education, this event promises to offer valuable perspectives and inspiration.  All are welcome!
