Mock Interviews organized by the MPSA - Senior MPS students conducted mock interviews to aid the current cohort with the co-op competition by alumni.  A big thank you to Jessica, Raj and Melanie! 

Fun Night for MPSers - Organized by the MPSA, this event will feature two movies, light refreshments, and snacks. Please vote for your favourite movie on Facebook or connect with Mathura. 

Talk for current students - Rob Leone, MPP Cambridge and Critic for Education, will present to the MPS program about life in the public sector including: the public policy process from a legislator's perspective; the nature of the relationship between elected officials and non-partisan public servants; the role of an Opposition critic; and career possibilities and pathways in government. A question and answer period will follow his presentation.

Talks for new students by senior students - This afternoon will feature life/work lessons from senior students about how to be a success in the public service before new students embark on their co-op interviews and subsequent government careers. There's a lunch mix and mingle during the lunch hour (12 -1). The talks will begin at 1:00 p.m.

Meeting for MPS Class of 2014 students - This mandatory meeting for students completing the MTP project in the Winter term will focus on discussing the MTP and sharing co-op experiences. A lunch mix and mingle with new students is planned for noon. A social event for the 2014 class will also be planned for the day. More details to come.  

Workshop for Class of 2015 students - Facilitated by GCA Productive Consulting and Training Ltd's President and Senior Consultant Gerry Call, this workshop focuses on the fundamentals of negotiating in the workplace. 

Event for  MPS students and alumni in Ottawa - Created and organized by alumnus Keith Chau (Class of 2013), this complimentary scary event begins with dinner at Milestones Restaurant on Sussex at 5:30 p.m. and ends with a haunted Ghost and Gallows Walk at 8:30 p.m.
