Welcome to the Motion Research Group

Welcome to the website for the Motion Research Group in the Department of Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo directed by Professor John McPhee. We specialize in dynamic simulation, model-based control, and design optimization of mechanical, mechatronic, and biomechatronic multibody systems.
