Research on "muscle activity following postural perturbations wearing a lower limb exoskeleton" by Claudia Town, Keaton InkolJohn McPhee, and Andrew Laing was featured at the 2024 Ontario Biomechanics Conference.

John McPhee featured on the CRAM podcast

John McPhee, Professor of Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo and the Canada Research Chair in Biomechatronic System Dynamics, joined Mary Ito on the CRAM podcast to discuss his research on improving electric and autonomous vehicles, developing exoskeletons for stroke patients, and increasing the performance of Olympic and pro athletes.

This week, we welcomed Professor Míriam Febrer-Nafría from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya for discussions and data collection for her research on how neurologic and musculoskeletal impairments affect mobility.
