Jason Dykstra journeys alongside individuals and organizations to make them comfortable getting uncomfortable. He uses his experience in mediation, coaching, facilitating, and training to support individuals and transform group dynamics to help them turn conflict situations into creative solutions. An international speaker and trainer, Jason specialize in interpersonal conflict and communications skills, and mental health. He is an approved trainer of Mental Health First Aid through the Mental Health Commission of Canada, a Certified Mediator (C.Med) through the Alternative Dispute Resolution of Ontario, and a Certified Specialist in Family Mediation (FDRP MED) through the Family Dispute Resolution of Ontario.
