About

Paul Okoye is a practitioner in conflict transformation, organizational change, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). With over 20 years of experience, he has worked internationally as a trainer, coach, counsellor, and mediator—helping organizations and communities navigate complex, often messy conflict with clarity, compassion, and strategy.  

As a sessional instructor at Conrad Grebel University College, Paul teaches in the Peace and Conflict Studies undergraduate program, focusing on conflict transformation and the dynamics of prejudice, power, and reconciliation.  

A compelling speaker and facilitator, Paul is known for blending insight with practicality—turning vision into action and fostering cultures where people feel seen, valued, and empowered. He holds degrees in business, organizational enablement, and theology, anchoring his work at the intersection of scholarship, practice, and faith.
