iEFAS Peer Mentor Program Sign-up

The iEFAS Peer Mentor Program is a great way for new students to get their questions about UWaterloo, iEFAS, and life in Canada answered by a Peer Mentor. Peer Mentors are upper-year University of Waterloo students. Most Peer Mentors are 2+2 students who have studied in the iEFAS program, and we do our best to match you with a Peer Mentor who is studying in the same faculty as you.

Once you are matched, your Peer Mentor will contact you by email to introduce themselves. You can then ask your Mentor questions by email, or chat through a social media app that you both agree to use (such as WeChat).

To request a Peer Mentor, please complete the form below. Please note that space is limited! To avoid disappointment, sign-up as soon as you are able, as students will be matched on a "first-come, first-served" basis. The deadline to register is Sunday, June 21, 2026.

If you have any questions about the Peer Mentor Program, please email Andrew Dixon, Renison's Learning Skills Advisor, and he will be happy to help!
