What is Wind Out?
Wind Out is a decades-long Renison tradition! It is our annual end-of-year semi-formal dance party, complete with a catered dinner, award ceremony, cash bar, photo-strip photo booth, and DJ dancing party!

Waterloo Catering and Events Services will be catering this event. A full buffet will be provided including...
- Chef's selection of rolls & breads with butter
- Salads:
- Mixed greens with local cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers with house-made vinaigrette
- Spinach and strawberry salad with almonds and balsamic vinaigrette (gluten free and vegan)
- Classic Caesar salad with house double smoked bacon
- Entrées:
- Boneless, skinless grilled chicken thigh with Thai BBQ sauce (gluten free and halal)
- Yellow curry beef (gluten free)
- Rendang rich Indonesian style braised beef (gluten free)
- Vegetarian entrée: Cheese tortellini with Mediterranean vegetable in basil tomato sauce (vegetarian)
- Chef's choice of seasonal vegetables
- Chef's choice of potatoes or rice
