To celebrate the 2020 Chinese New Year (Year of Rat), the Faculty of Science would like to hold the annual Celebration Lunch at 168 Sushi Buffet on Sunday, January 26^th, 2020. All current and former Science 2+2 students are welcomed to join us.

To celebrate the 2020 Mid-autumn Festival, the Faculty of Science would like to recognize the annual celebration (mooncake pick-up only) on Wednesday, September 30^th, 2020. Mooncakes and pops are available for pickup. Please wear a face covering and keep 2-meter physical distance.

Thinking about adding some intermational experiences to your current degree? Facutly of Science is hosting the fall 2020 Science 2+2 program online information session. Please join us on Thursday evening, October 29 at 7:30pm Beijing time to learn more about this well-established program.

Online Science 2+2 Information Session for Chinese university students who are interested in UWaterloo Science 2+2 program. In the information session, Dr. Jonathan Witt (Associate Dean of Science, International Programs) will give an online presentation in the evening (8:30-10:00pm; Beijing time) of Oct. 18 (Monday) to students to introduce the 2+2 programs in the faculty of Science at UWaterloo. At the end of the information session, questions from students will be answered.

Faculty of Science will be hosting an in-person reception on campus at 4:30- 5:30 PM, July 22, 2022.  Food and drinks will be provided. Check-in is required.
