Make Your Own Self-Care Kit

Make Your Own Self Care Kit

Self-care kits are an increasingly popular form of self-soothing and comfort, “giving you access to a unique collection of items that will make you smile and lift your spirits on an off day” (quote from, and inspiration can be found in Kathleen Danielson’s article: A College Student’s Guide On How To Create An Affordable Self-Care Kit, accessed here).

Come to the Grad House Green Room on March 20th from 12 – 2 and make your own self-care kit. All supplies provided, no cost! The Green Room is located on the ground floor where the wall is painted green!

While there, hang out with other grad students, SVPRO (the Sexual Violence Prevention & Response Office), and the GSA.

Everyone who makes a kit will be entered into a draw to win a wellness prize pack, including a colouring book, journal, tea and mug, and a weighted lap blanket!
