We are starting our compensation discussions with the university for a new salary agreement starting May 1, 2024, and we want to hear more from you about what you want to see achieved in this next round of talks.
We’re hosting a salary town hall on Monday, December 11, from 12:30 to 1:50 p.m., during which we’ll explain the process that takes place at the Provost's Advisory Committee on Staff Compensation, and—more importantly—hear about your priorities for the upcoming discussions.
The February 2025 meeting is open to all staff, with guests President Vivek Goel and Vice-President, Administration and Finance Jacinda Reistma. Please register to get the Teams link and submit your questions in advance.
The UWSA Area Representatives Council is a space to exchange information about current issues facing staff at UW and to keep an open line of communication between the UWSA leadership and staff members across the University.
