The UWSA is coordinating with Human Resources and the University’s EAP provider to offer small group sessions on September 12 and 27, to help members process the events of June 28 and any impacts on you and your work.

We are starting our compensation discussions with the university for a new salary agreement starting May 1, 2024, and we want to hear more from you about what you want to see achieved in this next round of talks. 

We’re hosting a salary town hall on Monday, December 11, from 12:30 to 1:50 p.m., during which we’ll explain the process that takes place at the Provost's Advisory Committee on Staff Compensation, and—more importantly—hear about your priorities for the upcoming discussions.

Join us for a lunchtime workshop exploring how staff perspectives help shape decisions across the University, where the UWSA has influence, and the ways staff can participate and make their voices heard.
