We will also be holding a town hall meeting later to provide space for members to share what you’d like to see implementing moving forward to feel safe and supported at work. These four sessions now are designed for those needing to debrief and receive support for moving forward.
These sessions are open to all staff members and are sponsored by the University. It is important to understand that Crisis Management Services (CMS) is providing a psychoeducational session to facilitate assistance with a critical incident and this is not a psychotherapy session. If you believe that you or a colleague is at risk of self-harm or harm to others, connect with your EAP (1-800-663-1142) or any emergency medical service (i.e. 911) to ensure safety for all.
