Highlights from this year include:
- Our new Memorandum of Agreement, which introduced compensation negotiations and an association grievance process.
- Our first compensation settlement under the new agreement, securing salary increases, a Health Care Spending Account, additional Staff Excellence Fund funding, and commitments to improve policies affecting contract staff.
- A 50% increase in confidential member advisory cases and inquiries over last year.
- Growing member engagement, with 500+ attending events, 40% participating in our member survey, a 30% increase in website visits, and 125 members serving in volunteer and representative roles.
- Nine new discounts added, and 900+ members accessing our members-only discounts directory.
- Extending the President’s term to two years and new governance policies at the Board level.
