United Way's March of the Deans Auction

The United Way Core Committee is hosting an auction thanks to our Dean's donating their Star Trek themed costumes from the March of the Dean's this year, to raise donations for our 2020 United Way Campaign.

For the first-time ever you can get handmade or worn memorabilia from our amazing Deans, all you have to do is bid by e-mailing: united.way@uwaterloo.ca and 100% of your proceeds will go towards United Way.

United Way Silent Auction Rules

Bidding on any item starts on October 30 2020 at 9:00 am and will continue until 12:00 pm on November 13 2020.
To place a bid, email united.way@uwaterloo.ca with the item name and amount you wish to bid.
Bid on as many items as you want, as many times as you want.
Bids will be ranked in the order of date stamp on the email received. The latest highest amount will be taken.
Email bids will receive an acknowledgement return email and will be notified once you are outbid.
Bids must be made in a minimum increment of $1, but there is no maximum amounts to a bid (please no cents-whole numbers only will be counted).
Each item has a minimum bid of approximately half of the value of the item/s.
Items must be paid through e-transfer to our Co-chair Jennifer Dean before they can be picked up, you will receive more info once your bid has won. Only the winning bids will be requested to pay.
We will be updating the bids as fast as possible.
