Biography

Sarah MacIver is an associate clinical professor and chair of the Continuing Education Committee at the University of Waterloo, School of Optometry and Vision Science. She completed residency training in ocular disease at the SUNY State College of Optometry in New York City before joining the faculty at the University of Waterloo in 2011. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, program chair of the Glaucoma Special Interest Group with the American Academy of Optometry and a member of the Optometric Glaucoma Society. She has given numerous lectures on ocular disease across Canada and the United States as well as online.
