Title:

The Making of Canada’s Greenest Office Building

Abstract:

In September 2009, Enermodal Engineering moved into their new 23,000 ft2 head office. The building was designed with three goals: achieve triple LEED Platinum for green building design and operation (a North American first), use half the amount of energy of the previous most energy efficient building in Canada and provide a superior working environment for staff. The presentation will describe the design features of the building and report on the monitored results of the first year of performance.
