Elements to consider when building a Blockquote:
Quote formatting
Do not add quotation marks in the quote text. And do not add a hyphen-minus (-) in the attribution text. Both of these features are added automatically.

No restrictions on where this can be used

The quotation text has been added to the Quote text body, and this is where it displays.
