Troubleshooting tips
Experiencing something odd on your site? Try these troubleshooting tips before submitting a ticket to our Help portal.
- Be patient - Some processes take a moment. Stop clicking and check back in a few minutes.
- Refresh - Press the browser’s "Refresh" button.
- Use a supported browser - The WCMS administrative interface is supported only on A-Grade versions of Firefox and Chrome. Site visitors can view in any browser.
- Clear the browser cache - Clear the browser cache and/or try a different browser. You can also try a browser in incognito mode.
