Troubleshooting tips

Experiencing something odd on your site? Try these troubleshooting tips before submitting a ticket to our Help portal.

  • Be patient - Some processes take a moment. Stop clicking and check back in a few minutes.
  • Refresh - Press the browser’s "Refresh" button.
  • Use a supported browser - The WCMS administrative interface is supported only on A-Grade versions of Firefox and Chrome. Site visitors can view in any browser.
  • Clear the browser cache - Clear the browser cache and/or try a different browser. You can also try a browser in incognito mode.
  • Check out our WCMS 3 known issues - review our known issues page in the WCMS Knowledge Base on Confluence.
  • Still not working? - submit a ticket to our help portal using either a bug report, or support options.
