Whether you’re a recent Waterloo grad with a younger sibling or you have university-bound children of your own, you can learn what’s new in admissions during Fall Open House on Saturday, November 2nd.
In October 2009, I had narrowed my choice of universities down to 2 and decided to attend both universities’ fall open houses to help me decide. I expected to spend a few hours on each campus, gathering bits of information, and then studying it at home.
In visiting another university, I found that no one seemed to be able to give me quite as clear an explanation of programs, and I left more confused than when I arrived.
I ultimately found Waterloo to be an easy choice, and one of the main factors in my decision was that I spent all day at Waterloo.
If you live in the Toronto area, you’re also invited to a presentation for alumni about navigating the admissions process. Held at the Flato Markham Theatre, the free session starts on 4:30 pm on November 26th.
