Faculty of Health Alumni Weekend Open House and Tours
Meet fellow alumni, Dean Lili Liu and faculty members for a reception and hear about recent highlights from the Faculty of Health.
Enjoy a tour led by current students around our 3 buildings - Burt Matthews Hall, Lyle Hallman Institute for Health promotion, and the new (depending on when you graduated) 56,000 square foot Health Expansion. Tour departs at 11 a.m.
Following the tour, join us for lunch celebrating milestone anniversaries and all alumni who have returned to campus. Note: separate registration is required for lunch.
Busy Brains
Join us for a morning filled with family-friendly activities that blend education with fun. This event is curated for alumni with young families and grandchildren, providing an opportunity for both parents and children to experience the wonders of learning together. Activities include building a brain hat, exploring the human body, interacting with the mascot and much more. Feel free to drop in or come for the morning.
Anatomy Lab - anatomical review session
Anatomy 202 offers a 2-hour, hands-on, anatomical review session for health care professionals. We welcome new and experienced health care professionals who want to review anatomy using human cadaver donors. Donors have been dissected to demonstrate musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, digestive, and nervous systems.
A certificate of completion and an accompanying letter are provided for those who would like to submit for continuing education credits. Lab coats and disposable nitrile gloves will be provided. Masks are encouraged and available.
The cost for this course has been waived for alumni attending Alumni Weekend. Space is limited, if you are no longer able to attend please let us know so we can allow others to attend.
