Engineers in Medicine event:

This mini-conference will centered around innovations in the medical industry. Each speaker focused on the importance, design, and implementation of medical innovations in their company or research. After each of these talks, students had the opportunity to ask the speakers questions in a panel style discussion.

The speakers at the event included Armen Bakirtzian, CEO and Co-Founder of Avenir Medical, Krishna Conjeevaram, VP of Business development at Mespere Lifesciences, and Dr. David Armstrong, Associate Professor of Medicine at McMaster University.
