We are proud to announce the appointment of Professor Clark Dickerson as Interim Executive Director, Centre for Bioengineering and Biotechnology from July 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023. Clark Dickerson is a Professor of Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo and a Canada Research Chair of Shoulder Mechanics. He is cross appointed with the Department of Systems Design, Faculty of Engineering. His research focuses on human musculoskeletal biomechanics primarily of the shoulder. The University of Waterloo acknowledges that much of our work takes place on the traditional territory of the Neutral, Anishinaabeg and Haudenosaunee peoples.
