Kelly Grindrod and Catherine Burns were successful in the latest round of Strategy for Patient-Oriented Research (SPOR) grants from CIHR, receiving $121,000 for their proposal: “Playing Telephone: Medication reconciliation by pharmacists, physicians, and nurse practitioners”.
