Student Ambassador Team

Vision:

• Our goal is to foster multidisciplinary networking and collaboration, while providing unique education and research opportunities for students and faculty. 

Main duties:

• Planning and organization of 2 to 3 events related to bioengineering and/or biotechnology (e.g. panel talks, career info sessions, student networking sessions, etc.) held over a 12 month period aimed at engaging other student members
• Representing the Centre for Bioengineering and Biotechnology at such events
• Providing an ongoing exchange of outreach efforts to the CBB team
• Attend and participate in the operations committee meetings, once a term

Benefits:

• Networking with CBB’s team and research members
• Liaising between researchers and student members
• Contributes to CBB’s growth and influence as a research centre
