2026 Ontario Universities Program in Field Biology (OUPFB)

- Module 4: Subtropical Ecology (May 10-24)
- Module 5: Field Ornithology (May 10-23)
- Module 6: Field Botany (May 11-23)
- Module 8: Plant Biodiversity (June 7-20)
- Module 9: Urban Water Ecology (June 28-July 11)
- Module 11: Marine Biology (July 26-Aug 9)
- Module 14: Disturbance and Recovery (Aug 3-15)
- Module 17: Marine Biology (August 15-29)
- Module 20: Tropical Research in Jamaica (Dec 27-Jan 10)
To apply, please go to the OUPFB website, fill out the Application Form, and submit the application form to Mrs. Sue Whyte (sdwhyte@uwaterloo.ca). Your completed application form, and a $350 course deposit is due on January 29, 2026.
Your deposit will be returned to you, if we cannot place you in a course.
We will be hosting an information session which is scheduled for January 20, 2026 between 4:00pm-6:00pm in QNC 2501. Please visit this video to help you get started on the process (video).
