Undergraduate studies

Undergraduate students learning in the anatomy lab class.

Your journey starts here

As an undergraduate student in Biology, you will be both challenged and supported. Biology is complex, and the best way to prepare for a career as a biologist is to develop your curiosity, confidence, and ability to think critically about complex problems. The practical laboratory, field, analytical, and communication skills you’ll gain here will allow you to contribute wherever biological knowledge is needed, which is almost everywhere!

Support along the way

You're not alone on the journey. Check out the services and supports available to undergraduate students in Biology.
