The Laurier German Players are mounting a performance call "Sehnsucht - On the Quest for the Blue Flower."
The focus will be on the Blue Flower and German Romanticism (Novalis and Sophie von Kühn Story), Romantic art songs performed with choreographies, and two excursions into the 20th century (a student authored piece on an incident that happened when the Berlin wall was built in 1961, and Bert Brecht: Furcht und Elend des Dritten Reiches: Die Kiste und Die Jüdische Frau).
Performances are being held at the Wilfrid Laurier University Theatre Auditorium on Friday 9 March 2018 (10am and 7pm) and Saturday 10 March 2018 (7pm).
