Repetitive strain injuries (RSI) are among the most common types of workplace injuries. Also known as musculoskeletal disorders (MSD), RSI include a number of painful injuries that affect the tendons, muscles, nerves, and joints.

The history of RSI Awareness Day
RSI Awareness Day is an annual event that was established on February 29, 2000. That day was selected because it is the only non-repetitive day of the year. The day is recognized on February 28 in non-leap years.
