Title: Key length requirements for post-quantum cryptography

Abstract: We survey the known families of post-quantum cryptosystems and show that isogeny-based cryptography achieves the smallest possible public key size among all the possible options at a given security level. We provide implementation results indicating the costs of reducing public key size at various levels.
