Brad Bass

Brad Bass is a researcher and senior policy analyst with the Indigenous Affairs Directorate in Employment and Social Development Canada. Brad conducts research on labour market outcomes and barriers to participation for Indigenous people across many sectors of the economy, organizational health and organizational change. He is the Director of the in-person version of COBWEB (Complexity and Organized Behaviour Within Environmental Bounds), which brings secondary school and university students together at the University of Toronto to explore the complexity across multiple domain and academic areas from physics to philosophy, through simulation, interactions between buildings and environment and increasing building resilience to extreme weather with green infrastructure.
