Adjunct Assistant Professor, Western University

Mark Tovey works on computational and cognitive approaches to addressing policy issues. He edited the first book on the use of collective intelligence for solving global challenges. Mark did his PhD in Cognitive Science at Carleton University, during which he co-edited a book on rating and reputation systems for MIT Press. He was a Fellow at the Balsillie School of International Affairs, and is an Adjunct Professor of History at Western University.
