Nicholas Palaschuk is a PhD Candidate in the Sustainability Management program at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. Nicholas works in the fields of corporate sustainability, environmental behaviour, and sustainability transitions. Nicholas holds both a BSc. in Biology (2015) and MSc. in Bioscience, Technology and Public Policy (2018) from the University of Winnipeg. His previous graduate work focused on developing community-based governance approaches to sustainable forest management and social enterprise developmentwhile working collaboratively with Canada’s Aboriginal communities. With experience spanningmanagement, social, and natural sciences, Nicholas combines a strong interdisciplinary research background with direct experience engaging stakeholders across Canada to explore the multi- dimensionality of pro-environmental behaviour change and the role of organizational culture in corporate sustainability.
