Robert is the Senior Researcher – Data and Analytics in MPAC's Research, Insights and Engagement Division. He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies and a Master of Arts in Planning from the University of Waterloo. During his time at Waterloo, he developed the residential valuation sub-model for a regional land market and transportation microsimulation project. He continues to investigate the land market in his work at MPAC, leveraging MPAC's wealth of property information to uncover trends and understand the forces driving change in various property sectors.
