Depending on the location of your meals and the food service requirements either Residence Dining or UW Catering can accommodate your needs. In addition, the University Club is perfect for welcome receptions or banquet dinners as it offers an intimate fine dining experience for groups of 100 people or less. Whatever your needs are, the Catering and Event Services team can make it happen.
Residence Dining
Between the months of May and August, the residence dining halls are able to provide breakfast, lunch and dinner for conference groups. Conference organizers are able to arrange for meals to be added to a master invoice, where meal tickets will be provided to through REVelations, located in Ron Eydt Village for groups of 50 or more. For conferences where individuals will be paying on their own, there are over 25 food service outlets available on campus. Check out UW Food Services for locations and hours of operation.

Catering
Catered meals and refreshment breaks can be arranged for Conference groups. Whether your event is taking place in Federation Hall which is managed by Catering and Event Services or in an alternative location on campus, quality dining and refreshments can complement any Conference agenda.
