Rick Russell  BA, LLB, Certificate in Adult Education C. Med, C. Arb.

Rick has been a lead facilitator for Dispute Resolution 1 and 2 for over fourteen years.  Rick has offered courses in Organizational Conflict and Managing in a Unionized Environment workshops at Conrad Grebel University College and at Queen’s Industrial Relations Centre (IRC). 

A retired founding partner of Agree Incorporated, following his role as the ombudsman to McMaster University in Hamilton,   Rick consults in workplace culture, institutional construction disputes, commercial and workplace mediation and Construction Partnering.  Rick brings a colourful background of dispute resolution experience to bear in his workshops, offering practical examples of many of the concepts that are shared.

Rick lives in Dundas, ON with his wife Margaret.  Interests include hiking and canoeing, motorcycling and good food.
