Building hours and entrance access

Academic buildings

Most academic buildings will reopen when fall term begins on September 8, with modified hours.

For safety, we have limited the entrances to each building. Please only enter through the designated entrance doors as described below (they will also be marked by signage).

Below is a list of the academic buildings that are accessible without a key or fob. Buildings not listed here remain locked and can only be accessed with a key or fob.

Study spaces

Some study spaces are available in academic buildings, and will be marked with signage. For your safety, please observe physical distancing and sit only in designated seating.

Beginning September 8, a limited number of study carrels will be available by appointment at the Davis Centre Library.

Employee access to buildings

If you are approved to return to work on campus by your department or faculty, discuss building access with your manager.

Researchers who have requested continuation of on-campus lab activities will be given instructions for accessing campus when their requests have been approved.
