Faculty and staff can use this form to request access to the graduate studies department/program contacts list for the purposes of direct mailings or email communications. This form is not to be used by current or prospective students.
Upon approval, the list will be shared via email in an excel spreadsheet. Requests are typically processed in 3-5 business days.
