Graduate Co-ordinators
Department or Program Graduate Co-ordinators are the primary point of contact for graduate students and can assist with matters related to your graduate program, including academic advising, change of enrolment, and funding questions.
Graduate Officers
Graduate Officers work with graduate co-ordinators on graduate studies administration at the department level. This includes approving course and program changes, program extensions, and petitions; allocating funds; ranking scholarship applications; and reviewing graduate calendar changes.
Associate Deans and Faculty Administrators, Graduate Studies
Associate Deans, Graduate Studies and Faculty Administrators work together to oversee graduate studies administration at the faculty level. This includes approving course and program changes, program extensions, and petitions, as well as serving on scholarship committees and coordinating graduate calendar submissions.
The Centre

The Centre can help with general student administrative questions and services, including registration, official documents such as transcripts and proof of enrolment letters, and other student services.
Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs
Contact for specific issues regarding awards and funding, events, and records
Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs (GSPA) oversees the graduate student lifecycle, including graduate admissions, awards and funding, communications, marketing and recruitment, graduate events, records, and systems.
