Subject: Share your perspective on Waterloo’s future
Dear Waterloo community,
Waterloo’s success comes from its people. Your ideas, expertise and commitment – whatever your role at Waterloo – have built an institution known around the world for education, research and innovation.
Since becoming president, I have spent much of my time meeting with people across our campuses and listening. You have told me what you value about Waterloo, where you see opportunities, what challenges you are facing and what you hope we can achieve together.
I want to hear from more of you.
Today, I am asking you to share your perspective through a short survey. What you share will help inform our priorities and the choices we make about Waterloo’s future.
This survey is one part of a broader listening process. We will consider what you share here alongside what I have heard in meetings and conversations across our campuses, other survey findings and relevant institutional data. Together, these perspectives will help us build a fuller picture of what our community values, where we see opportunities and what should inform Waterloo’s priorities in the years ahead.
The survey is voluntary and anonymous and should take about 15 minutes to complete. Your responses to a few open-ended questions will be analyzed and reported in aggregate form so individual participants cannot be identified.
