Postdocs, graduate students, and their families are invited to enjoy a cozy fall bonfire at the Laurel Creek fire pit (across from Environment 2).
Event details:

Who can attend: Postdocs and graduate students, along with their partners and dependents of all ages.

Registration: Required in advance to secure your spot. Please include the number of guests you’ll be bringing when you register. No ticket is needed at the event.

Seating: Limited seating is available at the fire pit — we recommend bringing a folding chair and/or blanket.

Weather: As this is an outdoor event, we will notify you at least one hour in advance if it needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.

Supervision: Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children. For safety, please ensure no running or playing near the fire.
