On January 31, Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs hosted its fifth annual GRADflix Showcase, a hybrid red-carpet event featuring the 25 best 60-second videos produced by graduate students to describe their research. Of those 25, only 4 winning videos were selected that best communicated research being carried out by UWaterloo grad students.
Electrical and computer engineering MASc student, Chuan Tian (Ben) Zhang, won third place for his video: Sensor malfunction detection.
