ECE's Professor Alfred Yu has been awarded the Frederic Lizzi Early Career Award by the International Society for Therapeutic Ultrasound. This award is in recognition of Professor Yu's substantial contributions to the advancement of therapeutic ultrasound, and specifically for major research accomplishments in biophysics of sonoporation and wave-cell interactions.
